Join Culture Central to find out more about Grow. This is a space for potential mentors to the programme, whether you are interested in developing your mentoring skills or are an experienced mentor who would like to take an active role in supporting the cultural sector to change, learn and grow.

At this session you will:

• Hear about why the programme has been re-developed and find out what will happen as part of the process.

• Learn practical tips and participate in activities to develop your mentoring approach.

The Grow scheme works across art forms, skills and experience levels and seeks to support mentees from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. As such, we are running two information sessions on the following dates:
